Product returns

Products can be returned for a full refund by dropping them into the store or posting to Merino Muster. The cost of freight is the purchaser's responsibility.

By agreeing I attest that I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved in participating in this type of event and I understand that participation in the event is at my/our own risk. In consideration of the acceptance of my entry fee, I on behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assignees release and forever discharge the sponsors, landowners and any and all persons involved in the conduct of the Merino Muster events from any and all liability whatsoever or claims of damages, actions or inaction what so ever (including negligence) in any manner arising out of my participation. 

 

I agree that the Merino Muster events and any sponsor of this event may use the information contained in this form for purposes connected with the event, and to provide details of other products, services and events to me from time to time. I understand that I have rights under the Privacy Act 1993 to access and correct any information held about me.

 

Refund Policy 

 

Merino Muster organisation requires considerable planning and expense in advance. 

 

If you withdraw from the event for any reason, apart from Government Covid regulations, Merino Muster will not refund your entry fee.  You may transfer your entry to another competitor as long as it is completed by Friday 29th 6 pm 

 

 

If you wish to change to a longer distance race, there will be an adjustment fee equivalent to the difference between the price already paid and the current price for the entry fee for the longer event.

 

If you wish to change to a shorter distance event, there will be no charge, but correspondingly no refund.

If the event has to be cancelled, competitors will be offered a 50% discount or an entry to a future event.
